We want your shopping experience to be seamless, so once your order is placed, we’ll process and ship it as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. Our packaging is carefully chosen to protect your items. Return & Exchange Policy

At .AVEW, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit if your item is defective or if you need a different size for a better fit. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We’ll work with you to ensure you get the perfect replacement or store credit for future purchases.
